I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

Your satisfaction is our top priority—we want you to feel confident about your purchase with foodeezz. You are covered with two levels of customer service:

  1. First, you can contact producers directly to resolve your problem quickly. Sign in with your email address and password. Go to the Purchase tab within Your Account page. You’ll see a list of all your orders on this page. Click on the relevant Order ID number. You’ll see an email address link for every Producer that you’ve bought from.
  2. Second, you can always email foodeezz at [email protected], and we will work to resolve your problem quickly. If you have your order number handy, it’s all the better!
