I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
Your satisfaction is our top priority—we want you to feel confident about your purchase with foodeezz. You are covered with two levels of customer service:
- First, you can contact producers directly to resolve your problem quickly. Sign in with your email address and password. Go to the Purchase tab within Your Account page. You’ll see a list of all your orders on this page. Click on the relevant Order ID number. You’ll see an email address link for every Producer that you’ve bought from.
- Second, you can always email foodeezz at [email protected], and we will work to resolve your problem quickly. If you have your order number handy, it’s all the better!
