If you don’t see your question here, please drop us a message here. 1 What is foodeezz? foodeezz is an online marketplace, dedicated to helping connect small, local and artisan food businesses with food lovers who appreciate great food and the stories behind it. As food-lovers ourselves, we love the thrill of discovering new and unique products and we’re often blown away by the diversity and quality from amazing artisan producers. Until now, there has been no one-stop place to source all these amazing products together. Introducing foodeezz! We want to bring the food hall or farmers market into your home, to be purchased at your convenience. Read more about our values here. 2 How does foodeezz work? We have outlined the steps involved in making a purchase on the foodeezz marketplace, see our infographic on how foodeezz works here. 3 Do you offer foodeezz gift certificates? Yes! 4 How do you screen producers? Every producer selling goods on the foodeezz marketplace is carefully selected and passes through a series of checks prior to commencing. These include ensuring that all statements made, and accreditations claimed are verifiable; that all production facilities used are fully compliant with the highest EU and national standards and that terms used to describe products and produce are accurate. We are adding new producers all the time too, so the variety and selection keeps on getting better every week. 5 What do I need to do to buy a product on foodeezz? Everyone is welcome to browse the site and add products to the cart. You will need to register with a valid email address in order to check out and complete the purchase process. In order to buy a product, you must be over the age of 18 or have parental permission or supervision. 6 Why do I need to register to make a purchase? Registering for an account allows foodeezz and our producers communicate with you and lets you easily manage all of your orders. Also, creating an account can make future orders much more convenient, because you can store things like your shipping address. All you need is a valid email address. It takes just a few seconds to create an account! 7 I forgot my password. What should I do? When you try to log in, you’ll see a link that says ‘Forgot Password?’ Just click on this link and you’ll be given instructions on how to reset your password. 8 I’m not getting email from foodeezz. What should I do? Check your junk mail or spam folder. It may have been caught by an overzealous email filter. To prevent this in the future, you can add [email protected] to your address book or safe list. 9 How do I manage my account info? First, log into your account by clicking on sign in in the upper right-hand corner of any foodeezz webpage. Once you’ve logged in, the sign in option will be replaced with your profile icon. Click on your profile icon to go to your account page, where you can see your profile, your purchase history, any messages you have exchanged with producers and any shopfronts you have marked as favourites. 10 How does delivery work? On foodeezz, you buy items directly from producers, so you will receive separate shipments from each producer. Items from different producers can be grouped into one order, and only one charge will appear on your credit card statement. You can see our full delivery policy here. 11 How do I track my package? There are various stages each order goes through and this guide should help you understand the status of the orders in your foodeezz account: Pending payment. This means we have received your order and awaiting confirmation that your payment has been accepted. Once this has happened, the producer will be notified and will begin to prepare your order for shipment. Processing. This means the producer has accepted notification of you order and has begun to prepare and package your products. Depending on the product and whether it needs to be made fresh or not, this process can take between 1 – 3 working days. Completed. The order has been sent for delivery. You should receive an email notification at this point to let you know your package is on its way. 12 Can I buy products from more than one producer in one order? Absolutely! As long as all the products are going to the same shipping address, you can buy from as many different producers as you want in one order. 13 Can I send shipments to multiple addresses in one order? Unfortunately, you can’t ship to multiple addresses within one order. You’ll have to create separate orders for each address you wish to deliver to. 14 Do you deliver internationally? All foodeezz producers will deliver in their area and most do so anywhere within the country in which they operate (for instance, most Irish producers deliver anywhere within Ireland). Some producers also ship internationally. Simply check the delivery details on the product(s) you are interested in purchasing for more information. 15 How long does it take to dispatch my item? Delivery terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of the producer. Each producer has their own processing time for shipping their products which may affect the estimated delivery date provided. Personalised or bespoke items may take longer. 16 What’s your privacy policy? Basically, we want you to trust us the way we'd like to trust any sites we sign up for. Check out our full Privacy Policy here. 17 Can I save my favourite producers so I can more easily navigate to them on return visits? Yes! First, log into your account by clicking on sign in in the upper right-hand corner of any foodeezz webpage. Once you’ve logged in, the sign in option will be replaced with your profile icon and a heart icon. Click on the heart icon to easily navigate to any shop fronts or products that you have included as your favourites. 18 How can I see my order history? Sign in with your email address and password. Go to the Purchase tab within Your Account page. You’ll see a list of all your orders on this page. Click on any Order ID number to see the details of that order. 19 How do I cancel an order? If you would like to cancel an order, please contact the producer directly. In case your order has already shipped, you may be requested to return the item for a full refund, please see our returns and refunds policy here. 20 Can I return or exchange a product? Your satisfaction is our top priority—if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the foodeezz site, please see our returns and refunds policy here. 21 I have a problem with my order. What should I do? Your satisfaction is our top priority—we want you to feel confident about your purchase with foodeezz. You are covered with two levels of customer service: First, you can contact producers directly to resolve your problem quickly. Sign in with your email address and password. Go to the Purchase tab within Your Account page. You’ll see a list of all your orders on this page. Click on the relevant Order ID number. You’ll see an email address link for every Producer that you’ve bought from. Second, you can always email foodeezz at [email protected], and we will work to resolve your problem quickly. If you have your order number handy, it's all the better! 22 I think foodeezz should… We probably agree with you! foodeezz is just getting started. We're constantly improving the site (especially to ease navigating and searching) and have much bigger plans to come. foodeezz wants to know what our customers and producers want. There are so many ways to get involved in this community of food lovers. You can join the conversation on any of our social media channels. Watch out for opportunities to join upcoming tasting panels, or to become a guest contributor to our blog and recipe series. 24 How can a business like foodeezz be local? Every artisan producer is local to someone. At foodeezz, we want to support them all. Some producers sell across a wider geographical area, including overseas. As a customer you can choose to support local producers in your area or artisan producers further afield. Check each producer’s shopfront to see where they can send goods to. Despite operating in more than one country, foodeezz is a small business too. We rely on your support, to enable us to continue giving ours to artisan food businesses. 25 Who runs foodeezz?
