A light, golden sponge cake, made in the traditional way and festooned with fresh strawberries, icing sugar and a generous centre layer of home made raspberry jam.

We bake our cakes fresh everyday. We use only natural ingredients, including eggs from our local farm, Irish flour and locally sourced milk. Our jam is made with Irish raspberries too. Order the day before and your cake will be with you before 12 noon next day. Alas, due to the delicate and perishable nature of our sponge cake, deliveries are only available in our locality. Collection is also possible from our bakery.
