These steaks are thick, juicy and succulent with superb marbling to give a truly incredible flavour. They have been hung for 30 days prior to being hand cut and carefully vacuum packed to preserve flavour on their short journey to you.
Each steak weighs 340g minimum prior to cooking. We recommend a hot pan, lightly greased with some oil and a small knob of butter. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator at least thirty minutes prior to cooking – this will ensure the meat is at its most flavoursome when cooked. Season the steaks lightly with pepper before pan-frying to suit your preference.
Delicious served with twice fried chips or a generous dollop of champ.
